Turn the Speed Selector
start your Stand Mixer, the Working Light
will illuminate. Increase the speed as required.
Pull the Release Lever and lift the Head Unit.
The Head Unit will lock in the upright position.
Remove the Attachment from the Drive Shaft.
Important
Do not operate your Accents Stand Mixer
continuously for more than 10 minutes. After
using for this length of time, let it cool down for 3
minutes before using again.

Working Light (2)

Your Accents Stand Mixer has a Working Light to
illuminate the Mixing Bowl
The Light illuminates when the mixer is turned on,
and switches off approximately 3 minutes after
the Speed Selector
Capacity
Do not overfill the Mixing Bowls
Overfilling may cause damage to the mixer and
other areas of your kitchen. The Maximum
quantity of the Mixing Bowls is 1.5kg

When finished, turn the mixer off. Allow the
Attachment to stop completely before raising
the Head Unit.
Twist the Mixing Bowl anti-clockwise to unlock
and remove from the Base Unit before
emptying its contents.
Hot Food
Your Accents Stand Mixer is capable of mixing
hot foods, however the Mixing Bowls
are made of stainless steel which may get hot
during use. Care must be taken when handling
hot food and liquid in the Mixing Bowl.

Selecting the speed

If you have something in the Mixing Bowl
that might splash (e.g. cream or flour), use the
Splash Guard (14). Start on the lowest
setting and increase the speed if necessary.
If you feel your Accents Stand Mixer is struggling
or stalling, increase the speed.
