ENGINE
Install Cylinder Head.
● Apply oil to M11 bolts threads and washer, and then tighten
them in the following procedure. [As shown in Attachment
(5)]
Fastener
● Tighten M6 bolts.
Tightening Torque: 9 - 11 N-m
Fastener
Install Chain Lever with pivot bolt.
Tightening Torque: 13.5 – 16.5 N-m
Fastener
● Put Timing Chain from the Cylinder Head side and set in
position as shown in Attachment (2).
● Fit Crank Sprocket with the chamfer portion inside and
with each spline aligned
: M11 X 198L 4 pcs.
: M6 X 40L 2 pcs.
: M8 X 22.5L Pivot bolt
