Version 1600 and Version 2100 or higher:
The default settings in Program 10-24 are updated to support the new Daylight Savings requirement.
Description
The system uses Clock/Calendar Display for:
Central Office Calls (Access Maps)
Class of Service (Class)
Direct Inward Lines
Display Telephones
Night Service (Automatic)
Programmable Trunk Parameters
Ring Groups
Using the Daylight Savings Setup program, you can determine whether the system should automatically
adjust the system time for daylight savings time/standard time changes.
Clock Adjustment
The system can be programmed to automatically adjust the system clock nightly. This feature allows you
to make adjustments should the system cabinet regularly lose or gain time.
Conditions
The system retains the Clock/Calendar Display after a power failure or system reset.
Changing the time may change the current Class of Service (COS) service depending on
the COS mode setup.
You can program the system to automatically switch modes.
Single line telephone users cannot set the time and date.
