TURBO REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

• Loosen the v·band ctamp holding the
exhaust inlet adapter to turbine.
• When reinstalling clamp, tighten to
100 lbliln
(1 1.3
Nm).

Note: In-chassis removal and installation
of t urbo requ ires leaving the pedestal
attached to the
engine.
• Remove
the two
bohs hokling the turbo to
the mounting pedestal.
• When reinstalling bolts, tighten to
35
lbs/11
(4 Nm).
• To install turbo, reverse above steps.
