1 The BlackBerry smartphone accepts microSD cards; the amount of storage is determined by card capacity. 2 All audio and
video files must be transferred to the smartphone before playing. Files can be transferred via USB cable, smartphone browser
application or Bluetooth®. For a complete list of supported media file formats visit www.blackberry.com. 3 Integrating
corporate email accounts requires BlackBerry Mail Connector or the BlackBerry Enterprise Solution. Multiple email accounts
only available with BlackBerry Internet Service.
INSURANCE WITH LIFELINE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 Not available on BT Mobile or '3' Handsets. 2 £50 deposit on '3' handsets. 3 The cost of cover includes an insurance
premium and a Carphone Warehouse administration charge. Prices vary according to the value of your phone. 4 Valid from
fourth month on 9 and 12 month contracts, tenth month on 18 month contracts and sixteenth month on 24 month contracts.
Full terms and conditions apply, including exclusions from cover. In all cases an excess fee or surcharge is payable. Statutory
statue disclosure. The Lifeline insurance policies are provided by Norwich Union Insurance Limited (NU). NU are registered in
England and Wales with registered number 99122. Registered Office: 8 Surrey Street, Norwich NR 1 3NG. NU are a member
of the Aviva group and are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. When writing to NU about your
policy, please write to Lifeline, The Carphone Warehouse Ltd, 1 Portal Way, London W3 6RS. The Carphone Warehouse Limited
acts as NU's agent in selling and managing Norwich Union insurance policies and receives premiums and pays claims as its
agent. The Carphone Warehouse is authorised and regulated by the financial Services Authority (FSA). This can be confirmed
on the FSA's register by visiting the FSA's website (www. FSA.gov.uk/register) or by contacting the FSA on 0845 606 1234.
