6. Using Your Alarm (for Digital unit only) – Cont'd
Peak Level Display
Press peak level bu on to display the most recent CO reading between 11 – 999ppm. At this
me the alarms backlight display will illuminate to assist.
This feature is useful to help you to know what levels of CO may have been detected in your
absence so correc ve ac on can be taken (such as servicing your boiler).
NOTE: The peak level memory is cleared to zero if the test and peak level bu ons are pressed
at the same me, or by removal of the ba eries.
CO levels up to 30ppm can occur under normal non-dangerous condi ons. Such condi ons
could include nearby heavy traffic, star ng a vehicle in an a ached garage, star ng a fire or a
nearby charcoal barbecue.
