When end user claim the " U N B " q u estion please follow the instruction as below:
1. In case washing 1 piece of laundry(carpet,bed sheet,table sheet,etc) mak e it symmetrical inside the drum.
2. L o wer the wet weight of laundry pieces by wringing manually and placing them back in the drum in symmetrical position.
3. Tak e out and replace the laundry pieces into the drum in a more balanced position on the inner wall of the drum.
4 . Add 1 or 2 pieces of laundry into the drum to lower the unbalance.
5 . R e start the spin cycle by choosing " s pin only" program.
6 . In case the failure persist please send a technician to check it in home.
