Users
Where many different people will make changes to the Luminis AiO system, it may be beneficial to have different user
accounts and passwords. These accounts can also have access granted or restricted to specific parts of the Luminis AiO
application.
To manage users, select the Users button in the Setup Luminis AiO screen.
To add a new user, click the Add button and enter the following information:
Username
The name that the user will type to login to Luminis AiO
Password
The default password the user will type. This can be blank and can be changed by the user when they
login.
First Name
The user's first name – used for reference
Surname
The user's surname – used for reference
Expiry Date
If you want the user account to expire after a specific date, enter it here. By default this is 31/12/2099
Enabled
This box to allow the user to log in. Removing this tick will prevent them from being able to access Luminis AiO.
To remove a user from the system, click the Delete button.
