    Important: Only remove and replace 1 Resistance Band at a time before removing and replacing other Resistance Bands. To replace worn or damaged Resistance Bands, proceed as follows: 1. With the Total Flex in the open position, ™ adjust the Power Pod Seat to setting 5 (see 1).
