Manual Door Locks

From the inside, use the manual
door lock to lock and unlock each
door individually.
From the outside, use your key to
lock or unlock the doors.
Your vehicle is equipped with a
deadbolt door locking system.
See "Deadbolt" later in this section
for more information.
Central Unlocking System
When unlocking the driver's door
from the outside with the key, you
can unlock the other doors by
holding the key in the unlock
position for a few seconds or by
quickly rotating the key twice in
the lock cylinder.

Power Door Locks

From the inside, use the power
door lock controls located on the
front doors.
• Press to lock all the doors
and the fuel filler door.
• Press to unlock all the doors
and the fuel filler door.

Section 4 for more information.
Section 1
From the outside, press the lock or
unlock button on the transmitter
to lock or unlock the driver's door.
The door locks can be
programmed to choose various
automatic lock and unlock
settings.
To enable or disable this feature,
see "Feature Customization" under
"Driver Information Center" in
Section 1.
If your vehicle is equipped with an
ignition control knob, the passive
entry system allows you to unlock
your doors and access your trunk
passively, without removing the
transmitter from your pocket,
purse, etc. You do not need to use
the transmitter buttons.

Section 3 for more information.
