All Intellectual Property owned by or which is otherwise the property of NEC CASIO Mobile Communications, Ltd.
or its respective suppliers relating to the NEC Phone, including but not limited to, accessories, parts or software
relating thereto (the "Phone System") is proprietary to NEC CASIO Mobile Communications, Ltd. and protected
under federal laws, state laws and international treaty provisions.
You may not infringe or otherwise violate the rights secured by the intellectual property rights. Moreover, you agree
that you will not (and will not attempt to) copy, modify, prepare derivative works of, reverse engineer, decompile,
disassemble, or otherwise attempt to create source code from the software. No title to or ownership in such
Intellectual Property rights are transferred to you. All applicable rights of the Intellectual Property shall remain with
NEC CASIO Mobile Communications, Ltd. and its suppliers.

This product contains software licensed complying with GNU General Public License (GPL) or GNU Lesser
General Public License (LGPL). You can obtain the source code for the software and reproduce, redistribute,
or modify the software in accordance with the GPL or LGPL.
