HANDHELD REMOTE TRANSMITTER

The
's infrared handheld
CRITERION PREAMPLIFIER
remote transmitter is matched by a remote sensor
unit that connects to the preamplifier's Control
Chassis via a 2 meter long cable. The hard wired
connection allows the sensor unit to be placed up to
2 meters away from the preamplifier.
NOTE: A BLUE ACTIVITY LIGHT ON THE HANDHELD
REMOTE TRANSMITTER ILLUMINATES DURING IR
TRANSMISSION. A FAINT ACTIVITY LIGHT IS AN
INDICATION THAT THE AA ALKALINE BATTERIES INSIDE
THE HANDHELD REMOTE ARE DEPLETED, AND NEED TO
BE REPLACED.
The handheld remote transmitter features internal
switches for selecting alternate transmission
frequency codes. The switches are accessible by
removing the handheld remote bottom cover.
Alternate codes may be selected to remedy conflicts
with other remote controlled devices. Matching
codes must be assigned to the

from the

MENU
NOTE: NORMAL CRITERION PREAMPLIFIER OPERATION
UTILIZES THE REMOTE DEFAULT CODE LOCATED IN THE
MENU.
