Warning buzzers

While driving:
z when operating the turn signals.
z if driv er's or passenger' s seat belt 3 is
not engaged when the seat is occupied
and vehicle speed exceeds approx .
22 km /h (14 m ph).
When the vehicle is parked and driver's
door is opened:
z with exterior lamps sw itc hed on.
z when the k ey is in the ignition switch.

Windscreen wipers

To activate, move lev er upward s.
= Off
J
$ = Timed interval wipe
% = Slow
& = Fast
Press lever down from position J:
single swip e.

Ad just able wi per interval
To set the wiping interva l to a va lue
between 1 and 10 second s:
S witc h on ig nition.
Push lever down from position J.
Wait the desired interval.
S et the lever to adjusta ble timed interv al
wiper position $ .
The interval remains stored until the next
change or the ignition is switched off.
S witc hing the ignition on and moving the
lever to $ sets the interval to 3.5 seconds.
In this mode, wiping frequency is also
affec ted by vehicle speed. As vehicle speed
increa ses, wiping will become more
freq uent.
