Re-attaching earcup cushions
If an earcup cushion becomes detached:
1. Properly align the replacement cushion
with the earcup.
2. Tuck an edge of the ear cushion skirt into
the slot behind the ear cushion flange.
Be careful not to fold the skirt over.
3. Work the remainder of the skirt into the
slot all the way around the earcup.
4.
Grasp the ear cushion and adjust its
position to remove any folds in the skirt
and wrinkles in the cushion.
Storing your headphones
The headphones feature rotating earcups
that fold flat for easy, convenient storage.
Note: Do not try to exceed the limits of the
pivots or over-rotate the earcups.
Troubleshooting
Poor Sound Quality or Missing
Audio Channel(s)
• Make sure the headphone cable is
securely plugged into both the headset and
headphone jack of the iPhone, iPod or iPad.
• Adjust the bass and treble settings in the
audio device.
• Try another audio device.
Microphone not working
• Make sure you are using a compatible
iPhone, iPod or iPad (see list of compatible
devices below).
• Make sure the headphones are securely
plugged into the headphone jack of the
iPhone, iPod or iPad.
• Make sure the microphone opening on the
back of the Answer/End button is not blocked.
• Try another phone call.
• Try another iPhone, iPod or iPad.
iPhone, iPod or iPad is not responding to
(remote) button commands
• Make sure you are using a compatible
iPhone, iPod or iPad (see list of compatible
devices below).
• Make sure the headphones are securely
plugged into the headphone jack of the
iPhone, iPod or iPad.
• For multi-press functions: vary speed of
button presses.
• Try another iPhone, iPod or iPad.
