Safety thermostat Every heater has got a number of safety thermostats interrupting the elcetric circuit, at high water temperatures (95°C). These safety thermostats cannot be reset but after a drecrease of the temperature by 20°C. Subsequently, the regulating thermostat will be checked: if it has been adjusted at a high temperature, the thermostat will probably be broken and must be replaced. -
