3. Double click this record, or click Edit button to access Edit
contact interface.
4. Complete to edit the contact information.
5. Click Save button to finish.

Synchronizing contacts

This service enables you to downloading contacts information from
Phone to PC.
1. Select Tools >Download, and the Synchronization window will
appear.
2. Select Phonebook.
3. Click OK button, PC Suite software will finish synchronization
automatically.

Import contacts from Microsoft Outlook

Notes:
Only contacts in the root folder of Outlook will be copied.
1. Launch Microsoft Outlook.
2. Make sure you are on the Phonebook tab in PC Suite.
3. Right click anywhere on the contacts grid and select Import
from Outlook:

Export contacts to outlook

1. Launch Microsoft Outlook.
2. Make sure you are on the Contacts tab in PC Suite.
3. Select the number you want to export.
