4.3.6 set poe power maxvalue

Purpose
Configures maximum output power and protection threshold.

set poe power maxvalue <1-500>[threshold <0-30>]

Usage Guidelines
When the sum of the power that the port requires and the power that current system
consumes is larger than device maximum output power, the power fails to be provided on
the port. At this time, power preemption event will happen. Disable the port with low priority
and provide the power on this port in advance. When the power is provided and device
output power is larger than maximum output power permitted due to power consumption
change, this alarm will be generated. When power is larger than the sum of maximum
output power permitted and threshold, the port with lowest priority will power off.
Example
The following example describes how to configure integrated equipment maximum output
power as 100 W and protection threshold as 15 W.
zte(cfg)#set poe power maxvalue 100 threshold 15

4.3.7 show poe device

Purpose
Shows device POE state information.
Command Mode
Global configuration mode

Description
Maximum power supported by the device. Different devices have
different ranges. Here, take the 2918E-PS as an example. If the
device does not support POE, the parameter value is 1-0.
