Failure LED
A Failure LED is located at Failure_
LED1 on the serverboard. When Fail-
ure_LED1 is on, power failure has oc-
curred. When it is blinking, it indicates
a fan failure. See the table at right for
more information.
UID LED
The Unit Identifi er (UID) LED is located
at UID_LED1 on the serverboard. When
this LED is on, the unit that might be in
need of service is identifi ed. See the
table at right for more information.

SATA Ports
There are six Serial ATA Ports pro-
vided on the serverboard. I-SATA0-1 are
SATA3 ports and I-SATA2-5 are SATA2
ports. See the table on the right for pin
defi nitions.
SAS Ports
Eight Serial Attached SCSI Ports (SAS
0-7) are provided on the serverboard to
provide serial link connections. These
ports are supported by an LSI 2308
controller. See the table on the right for
pin defi nitions.
