a. Click Erase Drive to display a warning about erasing all of the data on the
device drives:
b. Read the warning and select the I understand check box to signify that
you accept the risk and activate the Erase button.
c. Click Erase.
d. After the erase operation completes, click Exit to close the WD Drive

Go to http://support.wd.com
about downloading and restoring the WD software and disk image on your drive.
Note: Erasing your device drives also removes your password. If you still
want to use a password to protect your device, you will need to re-
create it. See "Password Protecting the Device" on page 47.
