Detonation Elimination Technology (DET)

Security System (Ignition Lock System)
Your snowmobile has an optional security function that can be activated
by an authorized POLARIS dealer. If you have this feature activated,
you can lock the ignition to prevent unauthorized use when leaving the
snowmobile unattended. A locked system will limit engine speed to
3000 RPM, which prevents clutch engagement, and the snowmobile
will not move when throttle is applied.

Replace with higher quality fuel
Verify correct fuel resistor for fuel type
in tank
Refuel with recommended fuel
Replace with recommended fuel
Do not add deicers or additives that
contain any form of alcohol while
using up to 10% Ethanol fuel
Do not modify the engine
