BEFORE CALLING THE SERVICEMAN
Course
Remaining time appears to have
changed during operation.
Operation does not end within
remaining time.
"REGULAR" course is maintained even
after other selection is made.
The indicator of CONDENSED BUBBLE
is off.
Automatic shut down function does not
work.
Smear on the clothes are not cleaned.
Others
Detergent retains on the clothes or
filter.
There is bubbling noise during
draining.
There is phut or chink during power-on
or operation.
Water drained contains rust.
Radio gives noise.
TV gives unclear display.
Operating panel feels hot.
Status
• Remaining time displayed is only for reference. The actual time
changes depending on water pressure, draining and sensor
checking.
• Is the indicator of CONDENSED BUBBLE still lighted?
• The "REGULAR" course at the moment will flow water to preset
level before washing.
• CONDENSED BUBBLE can not be enabled during "BLANKET"
and "TUB CLEAN" course.
• If under "REGULAR" course, please press COURSE button to
switch.
• Is error information displayed? Please confirm the detail on the
display.
• Is soap powder or liquid soap used? They tend to contaminate
the washing-spinning tub, which may contaminate clothes during
washing.
• Is Washing-Spinning tub cleaned after starching? Otherwise, the
sticking starch may contaminate clothes during washing.
If such above-mentioned situation occurs, please run TUB
CLEAN process.
• Detergent is not easy to dissolve with a low water temperature
(under 10°C). Detergent residue tends to stay if buoyant clothes
of chemical fiber or heavy jeans wear are put on the upper of the
washing-spinning tub, instead of the right bottom. If detergent
residue is found, please increase rinsing frequency or washing
the clothes with remaining water.
• Either due to the air in water or from the drain hose, the noise is
common.
• The phut produced during power-on is not abnormal.
• When the machine shifts from "WASH" to "SPIN", some chink is
produced during SUPER SPIN DRY and is normal.
• Please do not use the water until it becomes clear. If rustcontained
water is used, it may cause yellow-turning of the clothes. To recover,
the contaminated clothes need reverting type bleacher, which is not
applicable for colorful cloth.
• Please keep the washing machine away from radio or TV with a
distance of over 3 m.
• It is due to the heating of electronic components.
