Shared / Personal screens
When you log in to the machine by pressing <Login>, you can use a customized screen
(personal screen). Personal screens are available for the My MFP Menu, copy mode, scan
mode, and fax mode.
To use the personal screen, be a registered user of the machine and log in to the machine
in advance. For details, see chapter 1, "Logging in / Logging out" in the Administrator's
Guide and chapter 2, "Registering users" in the Offi ceBridge Guide.
Basic / Advanced View
When you switch the screen to the basic view by pressing <Basic / Advanced View>, you
can use a more simplifi ed operation screen. Basic views are available for the copy mode,
scan mode, and fax mode.
