Electric power wiring nearby?
Is the earth's magnetic field
interfering with display?
Remedy...
Reconfigure the graphics
board.
Adjust the horizontal, vertical
positioning and size controls.
Adjust brightness and
contrast.
Turn the monitor off and then
back on once to clear or
degauss the magnetic fields.
