[LCD type check]
By measuring the resistor value between Pin qd of CN881 and Pin
4 of CN881 on PD-137 board, the type of LCD can be discrimi-
nated.
Note: About PD-137 board and LCD module, discriminate LCD
type on the machine, and replace the same type.
