1. Check Cable
2. Replace power supply unit if MAIN (5) Board is not shorted,
otherwise find out first where the short is.
Check IC3, IC1 and peripheral circuit.
Check IC4 and peripheral circuit.

2. Replace MAIN (5) Board if Mono Board is not shorted,
otherwise find out first where the short is.
Check LD1117 (Ref 7101) and peripheral circuit.
