TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Solution
open. Check if something is holding the door open.
Press and hold the Door Alarm button for 3 seconds to unlock
the control panel and dispenser.
The dispenser can be set for ice or water. Make certain
that the control panel is set for the proper operation. Press
the dispenser Ice & Water button on the control panel to
cycle through the ice and water options.
Check the ice bin for ice cubes clumping/sticking together.
If they are, break up the ice cubes to allow for proper
operation.
Be sure to install the ice bin firmly into position
Wait 24 hours after icemaker installation for ice production
to begin. Wait 72 hours for full ice production. See the
CONTROL PANEL FEATURES section.
Use a plastic utensil to clear the delivery chute.
Change the ice button from crushed to cubed. If cubed ice
dispenses correctly, depress the button for"crushed" ice and
begin dispensing again
Move the switch to the ON (I) position.

Press and hold the Door Alarm button for 3 seconds to unlock
the control panel and dispenser.
Flush and fill the water system.
Water will not dispense if any of the refrigerator doors are
left open.

The water pressure to the home affects the flow from the
dispenser.
This can decrease water pressure. It is recommended not
to connect the supply line to a reverse osmosis system for
optimal operation.
The dispenser can be set for ice or water. Make certain that
the control panel is set for the proper operation. Press the
dispenser button on the control panel to cycle through the ice
and water options.
The filter should be changed every 6 months or more often
depending on usage. The filter can become blocked over
time with foreign particles and reduce the water pressure.
