Hands ets m ay be program m ed to either auto or m anual ans wer m ode. W hen the
hands et is not in the base u nit or the charge cradle, a LI NE ke y m ust be pres sed to
answer incom ing calls. Auto answer m ode will only be activated when the handset is in
the base unit or in the charge cradle. I n which case, the line is autom atically connected
when hands et is p icked u p f rom the charge cradle.
