Recording Mode

You can set the image resolution and frame rate for shooting movies.
To make the setting, select [SETUP] first.
1 Press the NEXT button to display [SETUP], then press the ENTER button.
2 While [VIDEO] (Recording Mode) is displayed, press the ENTER button.
3 Press the NEXT button to select the Recording Mode, then press the
ENTER button.

Returns to the [VIDEO] menu.
Notes
• Continuous movie shooting time is approximately 13 hours.
In [SLOW] mode, it is approximately 6.5 hours.
In [SSLOW] mode, it is approximately 3 hours.
• If you select [SSLOW], SteadyShot will not be effective even if SteadyShot is set to [ON].
• Audio is not recorded during shooting in the following situation:
– [SSLOW] (720 120p), [SLOW] (720 60p) is set.
• When the Recording Mode is set to [VGA], the angle of view becomes narrower compared to other
Recording Modes.
• Frame rate depends on the NTSC/PAL setting (page 30).
• If the NTSC/PAL setting is switched to [PAL], the frame rate will not be displayed.
