Use the UP/DOWN key to select a value for TIME, DISTANCE, STROKES, CALORIES and PULSE. Use the ENTER key for confirmation. 3. Press the START button to begin exercise. Computer will beep when your workout has reach your target value. 4. Use the UP/DOWN key to change the resistance during exercise. Preset Programs 1.
