88 SBTL - Enter/Exit Training Mode

The keylock is required to be in the X-Mode position in order to sign in and out of training
mode. This offers a level of security to prevent mis-use of training mode operation.
"TRAINING" is printed on the top of all training transactions (both receipt and detail) as well
as any kitchen printer output.
