All Garmin products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for two years from the date of purchase, not from the date of the
product's registration. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor. Garmin will also assume responsibility
for any transportation cost. This does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident, or unauthorized alterations or repairs.
Repairs have a 90-day warranty. If the unit sent in is still under its original warranty, then the new warranty is 90 days or to the end of the original two-
year warranty, depending upon which is longer. Please see your authorized Harley-Davidson dealer for warranty and service issues.
DEALERS ONLY, please follow instructions below for warranty and service claims related to the Road Tech ™ zūmo ® only:
(a)
Send the Road Tech™ zūmo®, properly packaged and freight prepaid, to the Garmin address below. Freight collect shipments are not
accepted.
(b)
Include a description of the malfunction. Include dealership name, return address and phone number.
(c)
In Warranty: Include a copy of the customer's receipt or other proof-of-purchase date for in-warranty verification.
(d)
Out-of-Warranty: Include a full prepayment dealership check in the flat-rate amount of $150 (U.S.).
(e)
Garmin will service the Road Tech™ zūmo® and make return shipment by UPS ground, freight prepaid, within four (4) business days of
receipt.
(f)
