With the phone turned off, hold your phone securely with the front facing down. With your thumb or finger, lift up the top of the back cover from the small opening near the POWER button.

    Basics SIM card The SIM card contains your phone number, service details, and phonebook/message memory. Your phone supports both 1.8V and 3 V SIM cards. Some legacy SIM cards may not function with your phone. You should consult with your mobile operator for a replacement SIM card.

    Basics Checking notifications Notification icons on the status bar report the arrival of new messages, calendar events, alarms set and ongoing settings such as when call forwarding is on or the current call status. You can open the Notifications panel to open the message, reminder, or event notification and see the mobile operator name.
