Cause/Solution
An error occurred while saving the image.
Insert a new memory card or format the
internal memory or memory card.
The camera has run out of file numbers.
Insert a new memory card or format the
internal memory or memory card.
There is insufficient space to save the copy.
Delete images from the destination.
Check that the conditions for editing are
satisfied.
A time-out error occurred while saving the
movie on the memory card.
Select memory card with a faster write speed.
There are no images in the internal memory
or on the memory card.
Remove the memory card from the camera
to play back images stored in the camera's
internal memory.
To copy the images saved in the camera's
internal memory to the memory card, press
the d button to select Copy in the
playback menu.
When the camera and TV are connected via
HDMI cable, the shooting application is
activated.
While connecting via HDMI cable, images
cannot be taken.
Disconnect HDMI cable.
The camera is being operated while
connected to a computer.
Camera operations are limited while the
USB storage option is turned on.
To turn off the USB storage, press the W
button to display the home screen, open
the notification shade, and tap Turn off
USB storage on the camera screen.

Play back the image on the computer or
other device used to create or edit the file.
