If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by an electrician or specialized technician authorized by the manufacturer in order to prevent fire.

     The unit must be placed within reach of a properly-rated grounded socket.  Never place any obstacles around the air inlet or outlet of the unit.  Allow a minimum 6-inch clearance on all sides for efficient operation. INITIAL SETUP IMPORTANT: Do not plug in the unit before installing a water bottle.
