Within the main/setup menu, operators are
able to send jobs in a variety of delivery
formats. The standard print format is
accompanied by five other delivery options.

Secure Print

Delivers jobs to the print queue with a PIN.
The job is not released to the queue until the
job is selected at the device's touch screen
(within the Job List tab) and the PIN is
entered.

Save in User Box

This allows users to send jobs directly to a
stored repository on the device's hard drive
where it can be recalled and printed
whenever required. This mode, provides
functionality similar to printing to a "hold"
queue. See Print-On-Demand section for
more information.

Save in User Box and Print

The same as above but the print run
is also carried out when the job is
submitted.

Wait Mode

This holds the job in a wait pattern at the
device until the job is released by the
operator.
While allowing a wider range of users to
send jobs to the device, the operator can
also maintain control over submitted jobs,
ensuring that the device maintains a high
level of productivity throughout the day.

Proof and Print

This releases one set of a multi-set print job,
allowing the operator to check that the job
prints as desired before running the full job
with multiple sets again.
