Terminal Keyboard Operation

Select items from the terminal menus by entering the corresponding
number. In addition to entering numbers, you can also use the
following commands. The operation of each key is the same for
all menus.

- E
- M
- GO
- JP
- US
- W
- BYE / OFF
- H / ?
