    UTP cable power separator unit POW-SP20 and the power supply unit POW-CB20 or POW-CBM44. The FX-DS540-APP can be powered via a network cable when using the power supply unit POW-CB20 or POW-CBM4. It can also be powered from a wall outlet (100 VAC) through the AC adapter.

    2 Functions and Wireless Link Mode Compatible Infrastructure Mode This mode allows the FX-DS540-AP/APP to be networked with other manufacturers’ Wi-Fi certified wireless terminals other than the CONTEC’s FLEXLAN series. Communications between the wireless terminals are always made via the APs. CAUTION The Compatible Infrastructure mode does not guarantee interconnection with Wi-Fi compliant products of other manufacturers.

    Using the attached clamp and cable tie prevents the DC jack from coming off when the DC cable is loaded. Stick the clamp onto the FX-DS540-APP main unit. Plug the DC jack of the AC adapter into the connector on the main unit, then fasten the DC cable to the clamp using the cable tie.

    The FX-DS540-AP can be powered by using the power supply separator unit (POW-SP20) and power supply unit (POW-CB20 or POW-CBM4). As the FX-DS540-APP contains a power supply separator unit (equivalent to the POW-SB20), it can be powered directly from the power supply unit (POW-CB20 or POW-CBM4).
