CONDITION
No power.
No sound.
No RDS information.
Display shows "No Items".
Display shows "Action Failed" at
Internet Radio mode.
Display shows "Operation Failed" at
Internet Radio mode.
C 446 does not respond to remote
control commands.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
• The power cord is disconnected.
• Rear panel POWER switched off.
• Faulty/missing cables.
• Station signal too weak.
• Station not transmitting RDS data.
• DAB antenna not connected properly.
• No DAB coverage in the area.
• Tuning error or unintended misuse.
• Weak or unstable broadcast.
• Batteries are flat or incorrectly inserted.
• Infrared receiver (IR) window of C 446 or IR
transmitter of the remote control is obstructed.
• C 446 front panel is in very bright sunlight or
ambient light.

TROUBLESHOOTING

POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
• Plug the power cord into the wall outlet
securely.
• Set rear panel POWER switch to ON.
• Check cables.
• Check station tuning. Adjust or replace antenna.
• Tune to an RDS station that supports program-
service name (PS mode) and radio-text (RT
mode).
• Check the connection and position of DAB
antenna.
• Call your local DAB broadcast service provider
for coverage information.
• Toggle [3 SOURCE 4] to cycle through the
sources and back to Internet Radio mode.
• Check network connection.
• Restore C 446 to its factory default settings.
• Select again the internet radio station from your
list until it stabilizes and broadcasts properly.
• Check network connection.
• Check batteries.
• Check IR windows and ensure clear line-of-sight
from remote to C 446.
• Reduce sunlight/room lighting.
