Load the object to be scanned on the PIX-4

NOTICE
When securing the scan object in place, be sure to use the included clay or adhesive sheet.
Do not use double-sided tape or other strongly adhesive materials. Such materials may cause the table surface
to peel.
During scanning, the table moves forward and backward. Mount the object to be scanned so that it does not
touch the inner wall of the PIX-4.
1) Decide on which surface of the scan object to scan.
When mounting the object, secure it in place with the surface to scan facing up.

2) Use the spacers to adjust the height so that the portion you want to
scan lies within the scanning area.
Scanning cannot be performed in the area up to 10 mm (3/8 in.) above the table surface.
Mount so that the portion you want to scan is at a height of 10 mm (3/8 in.) or more above the table surface. If the height is still
not enough even when using the included spacers, place a book or the like of suitable thickness underneath.
The maximum load weight of the table is 500 g (1.1 lb.).
