Message

Press the [Menu] button in idle mode, and then select the [3. Message] icon.
The [Message] menu consists of 3 sub menus: Station Msg, SMS and VMS.

Station Message

You can send a reply by checking messages received from an extension on the busy state.

(Select a station number)

SMS (Short Message Service)

This function allows you to send or receive messages to/from other station.
Inbox
This function allows you to check an incoming message. Up to 20 incoming messages can be saved.
[MENU] 3. Message
[OK] (Select the message)
- Press the [Menu] button to delete selected message or to delete all
messages.
- After the message is selected, Press the [Menu] button to reply or to
resend or to delete selected message.
- Press the [Send] button to make a call to the person who left the
selected message. However, if the message does not include the phone
number of the person, a call cannot be made.
- If there are unchecked messages,

- To connect call, select [1. Reply].
- To delete the message, select [2.
