Looking up a number in the
phone book
•
Press the phonebook option key
•
Enter the first letter of the desired name via the
alphanumeric keypad.
•
The first name in the list with this letter appears
on the display.
•
Press the up or down key book
browse for other numbers in the phone
•
If the desired number appears on the display, the
number will be automatically dialled by pressing
the off hook key

Changing a name or number in the phone book
•
Press the phonebook option key
•
Enter the first letter of the desired name. The
first name in the list with this letter appears on
the display. Press the up or down key
to browse and select the entry in the phone

book.

Once the desired number appears on the
display, press 'Option'

'Edit entry'. Press
to confirm.

The R key (flash)
With the Flash key R4 you can use certain services
on your external line such as "call waiting". The Flash

key R is a brief interruption of the line. You can set
the flash time to 100ms or 50ms. The time is set to
50ms by default. However, if your system requires a
longer flash time, you can change it:
