Quick Start

1. Make sure the treadmill is plugged in and the safety key is in position. Turn on the switch and
the LCD will turn on and beep.
2. Press the "START / PAUSE" button and the display will begin count down:
05 > 04 > 03 > 02 > 01 and beep five times.
3. The treadmill mat will slowly begin to run. Use the function keys to adjust your workout level.

Manual Mode

1. Turn on the switch and the treadmill will enter manual mode directly. Press "START / STOP" to
begin work out. Use "PROG." button to select P0 (Manual Mode) from other program mode.

2. Before workout, press "MODE" button to select a count down mode (Time Mode, Distance
Mode, Calorie Mode). The display will blink with the initialize setting, you can use the "Speed
+" and "Speed -" to change the count down setting for each mode at this time.
3. When the count down have reached 0, the treadmill will decrease to a stop and the buzzer will
beep five times.

Program Mode

Speed and incline will change automatically during the workout.
1. Turn on the switch and use the "PROG." button to select a desire program. A red LED light
will indicate which program (P1-P6) you have selected. Use the "SPEED +" and "SPEED -" to
adjust the work out time. The default value is 30 min.
2. Press "START / PAUSE" to begin work out. Use the speed and incline keys to adjust your workout
level. You can change the speed or incline at any time, but it will revert back to the program speed
when it hits the next segment. Each program has 10 levels and each level will run for 1/10 of the
workout time. The treadmill will beep 3 times before switching to the next level.
3. When the count down have reached 0, the buzzer will beep five times and the treadmill will
decrease to a stop.
Body Fat Mode
Designed to calculate users' body fat ratio.
1. Turn on the switch and use the "PROG." button to select Body Fat Program.
2. Use the "SPEED +" and "SPEED -" to select your gender from the calories window:
01 (Male) > 02 (Female). The default value is 01 (Male).
3. Press "MODE" and use the "SPEED +" and "SPEED -" to select your age from the calorie
window. The default value is 25.
4. Press "MODE" and use the "SPEED +" and "SPEED -" to select your height from the calorie
window. The default value is 170cm.
5. Press "MODE" and use the "SPEED +" and "SPEED -" to select your weight from the calorie
window. The default value is 70 kgs.
6. Press "MODE" and the distance window will display "F05" and calorie window will display 00.
Put your hands on the handle bar and your body fat rate will display on the LCD window.
