Bulb Replacement - Vector Ultra SPORT SPOT Owner's Manual

CAUTION: The battery safety cover must be in place while charging to
prevent a short circuit if the contact points are accidentally placed
against metal.
4. Plug the 110-volt AC adapter into the battery (Figure E.) and plug into any standard
110-volt AC wall outlet.

5. Battery will be fully charged after 18 hours. DO NOT charge more than 24 hours or you
may damage the battery.
6. Unplug adapter, then remove battery safety cover.
7. Replace battery into spotlight with metal contact points facing in.
8. Replace battery cover. Fasten screw by turning clockwise with your fingers.

BULB REPLACEMENT

NOTE: Use only Vector™ ultra-white, H3 12-volt Halogen replacement
bulb, designed specifically for the ULTRA SPORT SPOT®. Use of any other
bulb could result in poor performance and damage to your spotlight.
Please read all instructions before proceeding with bulb replacement.
1. Disconnect the spotlight from corded power source and remove battery.
2. Slide the protective rubber bezel forward and remove it.
3. Using a small phillips screwdriver, remove the screws at the top and the bottom of the
front housing (Figure F). Place spotlight lens-down on flat surface.
4. Grasp the spotlight handle and gently lay the housing next to the lens, being careful not
to pull apart wire connections.
NOTE: DO NOT TOUCH the glass bulb or the inside of the reflector with
fingers. Natural oils from hands can adversely affect performance or
cause the bulb to shatter when heated. Handle the bulb by its metal base
only.
