Selecting shooting mode

Turn the mode dial to set the shooting mode to
the indicator.
• After selecting O , ART, P, or k, select the sub
mode.

• The default settings of the function are highlighted in
Shooting mode
P (Program mode)
A (iAUTO mode)
k (Microscope)
O (Scene Mode)
A (A mode)
ART (Art Filter)
P (PHOTO STORY)
C (Custom mode)
• "List of settings available in each shooting mode" (P. 100), "List of O
settings" (P. 102), "List of ART settings" (P. 101)
• In certain shooting modes, the camera may take a few moments for image
processing after taking a picture.
