Receiving a Data Call

You can connect your handset to a computer or hand-held device
to receive data.
Use this feature to transfer data to your computer from another
device.
Transfer the Data
Connect your handset (see page 124).
Your handset notifies you when the data call arrives, and transfers
the call to the connected device. You must use the application
running on the connected device to answer the call.

make sure that the handset is
connected and powered on
place the call through the
application (such as
dial-up-networking)
Note: You cannot dial data
numbers through your handset's
keypad. You must dial them
through your computer.
