Data IC
Data Relay PKG (R-T,Ｒ-B)
No 1 or No 2 pin of each CN8
（Vd Line of Data IC）
Check between No 1 or No 2 pin and GND.
Check between No 1 or No 2 pin and GND.
Tester Checking 4
OK: Open
NG: Short
(1) Remove each CN8 of each Data relay PKG (R-T,R-B),
and. Check between No 1, or No. 2 pin and GND of each
connector with tester.
(2) When short, Since there is a certain possibility data IC
connected to Data relay PKG is failure. Remove the heat
sink on data IC and check whether there are any
OK: Open
abnormalities, such as destructive sign in the surface.
NG: Short
