If the vent louvers in your vehicle Short Vent Clamps are recessed, you may need to use the longer vent clamps with the Vent Mount .

To install the Magnetic Mount Antenna: Choose the best location for your antenna considering your own personal situation .

    Meijer.com Configuring Your Starmate 5 Sirius ID Your Starmate 5 has a numeric 12-digit ID which uniquely identifies the radio . This ID is used during the activation process . To display the Sirius ID: Press menu . Sirius ID will be highlighted . Press the Select button .

    Channel Finder will suggest a list of available FM channels in your area . For convenience, write down or print out the list . Tune the Starmate 5 to a favorite SIRIUS channel (or to channel 184, if it’s not yet activated) . Turn on your vehicle’s FM radio .
