Set Up
1. Adjust foot bar for a bend at the knees.
2. Extend legs to keep back fi rmly against pad while keeping a slight bend at the knee.
3. Grasp handles, lean back while extending arms.
Movement
1. Push the handles by bending forward from the trunk while keeping arms fully extended.
