Rolling Castors (x5) E. 8m x 25mm Screws (x12) K. - Page 4 3. Attach the seat base mechanism to the underside of the seat cushion using the included Allen wrench and 4 of the screws. Make sure the arrow on the seat base mechanism is pointing toward the front edge of the seat cushion (label on seat cushion). Figure 4 4.

7. Attach the seat back onto the armrests so it is properly aligned with the seat cushion using the included Allen wrench and the remaining 4 screws (2 on each side). Figure 8 8. Once the armrests are properly aligned with both the seat cushion and seat back, completely tighten all 8 screws (4 on each side) and cover with provided screw covers. - Page 6 Massage Program Buttons Direct massage to specific areas: lower back, upper back or full back. Press the button for your desired program and the corresponding L.E.D. will illuminate. To deselect an area(s), simply push the button again and the corresponding L.E.D. light will turn off. Power Button To turn on the massage functions, first press the power button.

Limited Warranty In the unlikely event that your chair malfunctions or requires repair, please contact HoMedics Consumer Relations at 800-466-3342 or cservice@homedics.com between the hours of 8:30AM and 5:00PM EST for assistance. The customer should have the proof of purchase on hand. - Page 9 HoMedics sells its products with the intent that they are free of defects in manufacture and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of original purchase, except as noted below. HoMedics warrants that its products will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty extends only to consumers and does not extend to Retailers.
