USING YOUR OVEN

The OVEN TEMP knob is used to select and maintain

desired temperature--not to a higher temperature and

To set your oven for baking or roasting:
1. When cool, position the racks in the oven according
to what you are baking.
2. Turn the OVEN TEMP knob to the desired oven
temperature. Allow 10-15 minutes for preheating.
3. Place the food in the center of the oven, allowing a
minimum of one to two inches between the pan(s)
